How to go about the Sleep Meditation Program?

The program is spread over a minimum of three days.
With Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 Meditations specifically mentioned herein. They are within 20 minutes duration each. The meditations are to be done at night time. You can do it just before sleeping or also up to an hour and a half before bedtime. The meditations are both in Hindi and English, so you may choose your preferred language in which you want to do your meditation. You will see a substantial difference in your sleep quality within three days.
After doing this for three days you may continue the meditations in the same order again or also if required you may change the order of the meditations as per your choice and preferred meditation for that day. Continue the meditations for at least three weeks and you’ll see the difference in your sleep and will find renewed energy and vitality throughout the day. Then onwards you may pick any one meditation whenever you feel like it and do it at night. The more consistent you are the more benefits you will get.
